SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to provide an alarm sensor for opening and an alarm system comprising such a sensor that avoids the disadvantages listed above. The opening is for example a door or a window. This opening comprises a fixed part surrounding an opening and a movable part adapted to close or open said opening, said opening being located between an interior space and an outer space of the room. For this purpose, the alarm sensor for opening a building room according to the invention is adapted to provide a detection signal, and comprises: an opening sensor adapted to detect an opening event of the opening, - an inhibition device adapted to at least determine the presence of a person in the interior space near the opening, and - an electronic unit adapted to provide the detection signal: 1) if the sensor opening has detected the opening event, and 2) if the inhibiting device has not detected presence for a first duration before the opening event. Thanks to the combination of an opening sensor and an inhibition device, the alarm sensor distinguishes the openings of the opening coming from the outside which are very relevant to detect an intrusion, from those coming from inside which are to be removed.
